This machine is ideal for central kitchens or SME environments.
The machine has touchscreen controls and seals packets with vacuum and gas injection.

Speed: 4 - 8 cycles / minute, depending on vacuuming and gas injection.
Number of packets per cycle: 1 - 3
Optional: gas injection (fresh meat), pre-heating for other formats
