Semi-automatic tray sealing machine.
The film is cut cross-wise by the electrically driven motion of the sealing plate.
This machine is completely electrical and ideal for use at the butcher’s or for small-scale production operations.
The Reetray 20 is suitable for sealing both plastic trays and cardboard trays with liner.
The machine seals trays under vacuum and gas. Changing format only takes a few minutes.
Max. packaging dimensions: L 360 x W 270 x H 100 mm
Speed: 2-4 cycles / minute
Number per cycle: 1 - 4
Vacuum pump: 20-40 m3/h possible
Optional: gas injection (fresh meat), pre-heating for other formats
