The Reemaster 400 is a compact and flexible tray sealer designed for small to medium-sized production. With high cycle speed and a hygienic design, it is ideal for environments requiring fast product changeovers and maximum efficiency.
Speed: 18 – 30 cycles/minute (depending on tray, film and product)
Packs per cycle: depending on configuration (1–4, single or double lane)
Optional: extended infeed, automatic destacking, tray convergers/diverters, snap-on lid, SKIN packaging, printed film detection, ReeNEXT integration, dosing systems, alu foil crimping.
