This bucketsealer (table model) can seal film on to buckets or other rigid packaging.

The sealing of the packaging offers the user a longer guaranteed freshness and a very good protection against fraud with the product. Furthermore, the look adds a sales increasing effect.

The machine is provided with an automatic film-roll down system. The sealing temperature and the sealing time can be set accurately.
As an option, steam can be blown into the packaging before sealing it.

The machine can seal packaging with a maximum dimension of 320 x 320 mm and can process up to circa 15 pieces per minute (dependent on the product infeed).

The machine is entirely made out of RVS 304, anodised aluminium and synthetic material.

The operator places the packaging in the machine and starts the cycle. The machine can blow steam into the packaging before sealing a film on top of the packaging and cutting it out. The residual film is rolled up automatically. 

The machine can be integrated in an automatic bucket line.
